new skin. programming. sentosa. coach carter. LIBERATED!

tadah!! a new skin!
theme: minimalism and white.

but the 1st person who saw it told me it is too white and that i am losing it cos according to him, my 1st skin is better than my 2nd, and the 2nd is better than my 3rd (this skin). *sad* but i think i'll stick with this for a while since i have spent my whole morning+afternoon doing it.

my hard work and i am pretty proud of it. =)

(anyone knows how to turn the above and below white rectangular strips black, without causing this box to turn black too? tried to tweak the background colour but it makes this box black too. grrr...)

--------------------

so i sat for my last paper - programming - yesterday and i seriously dunch know how to do. it took me only TEN minutes from the commencement of the paper to start wondering when i can leave the room. i left the last 2 qns (which requires me to script 2 programs from scratch) BLANK. and for the 1st section, scribbled LESS than 2o characters, i swear.

i stayed on until 10:45am cos i din want yuan bo (the programming teacher) to be flipping through my paper when i leave. i think he will feel damn sad/angry to see my er.. work. so i spent the next 1 hr and 35 min flipping thru my notes again and again, hoping to see a similar question that i can copy the answer straight. (there's none. then again, that's why they call it OPEN BOOK rite?)

most of that time i spent feeling sorry, not for myself, but for yuan bo, wondering how he will feel when he marks my very-clean script (though it will be easy work for him). and i was seriously contemplating writing a "i am sorry" on the paper but decided against it since it doesn't make a difference anymore. screwed totally.

with this, i gotta take an extra module next sem. i am positive i'll get a U-grade for this module. strangely, i am not at all affected but i hope yuan bo feels fine. urps.

Coach Carter is pretty good, an inspiring show and is apparently based on a true story. but it must be all the studying that drives me on a analytical mode because i can't help thinking how the show is highlighting discrimination issues against blacks, social mobility and how K. Carter is a charismatic leader. arghh...

(the guy in the centre is way cuteee!!)

apologies for the bad photo quality. most of the pics above are taken with my chic 640x320 Nokia 7600 camera. my beloved Casio Z3 is dying on me after barely surviving a fall last winter at Ha'er Bin. gotta save to buy a new cammie soon.. moolah moolah moolah!!

I AM LIBERATED ALAS!!!!!
