What turns you on?

(So the title made you read on? Nothing explicit I'm afraid. Urps sorry.)

I was updating myself with the blog links (on the right side bar) and coincidentally, both Xiang and Peggy wrote how they find their boyfriends sexy – yes, you both used the same word – in office wear and uniform respectively.

I have to go with Xiang’s preference; though not so much of office wear but (well cut) shirts in particular.

Collin and I were just shopping at Raoul on Wednesday and he tried on this lovely bright-stripes-and-with-some-floral-details shirt that reads ‘tapered cut’.

For a long time, I have not said so. But as he steps out of the fitting room, gosh, it blew me away and I have to say, that’s really HOT (or sexy if you like).

There is something about shirts that make guys look really, erm, alluring. *slurp* But of course, I have to reiterate, that only holds true with a great shirt, paired with someone who could carry THE look. (I am not saying Collin can carry that look very well, but he looks decently pleasing enough.)

If not for the hefty price tag – SGD139, I would have made him swipe his card faster than he could ever take off the shirt. And he refuses to let me pay for it, knowing how my financial resources stand at a quarter of what he has (I know I am pathetic). I am quite sure he would get it eventually and hopefully when he decides to, it would still be available*.

(* The last time he fell in love with a floral Kenneth Cole shirt, I didn’t allow him to buy it ‘cause I thought it was ugly and now, he harps on it every so once in a while. Urg.)

So anyway, that was really refreshing and an inspiring moment – it makes me want to do an image change myself and revamp my wardrobe. (Read: $$$.) Financial constraints suck and I made Collin raised his eyebrow a little when I said I want to study hard and earn money SO THAT I can shop and spend money.

Not very wise, but it’s all I can think of (besides saving enough to buy an apartment so I can move out).

Embarking on Operation-RW (RevampWardrobe), I bought the Topshop thighs at long last and there is a 15% off going on now for using UOB credit/debit cards (valid till 4 Feb if I am not mistaken). Woohoo.

Momentarily satisfied.
