more about school.
Surprisingly, I am in the mood to get started with the catching up (a major one I need). As always, it's difficult to take that first step. Time factor is one thing now that I am juggling a zillion projects (2 due next week, 1 on track and 2 barely à urps). Fleeting attention span is another – there’s always something more interesting isn’t it?
At the very least, I will just get all cracked up when the final exams come. Stress and probably ranting that no one understands what I’m going through. Tears when I think I can’t take it any longer.
Bah. It’s a vicious cycle, and I have no intention of breaking that cycle.
No regrets, ‘cause I know given a second chance, I’ll probably do the same.
Lesson of the day:
My very interesting tutor reminded us,
“we can’t change the environment, but we can change ourselves to suit the environment and make the environment better."
GEK1006 Dynamics of Interpersonal Relationship is a crap module, in the sense it teaches you some really no brainers stuff like how to respond to an angry person, verbal and non-verbal cues, etc. I haven't been attending lectures 'cause the lecture is at an ungodly time of 8am. Tutorials I did attend and seriously, never a dull moment. Basically just go there with an open mind, be ready to make friends and share your experiences. Conclusion: Go take it if you've yet to clear your GEM. (Wait, I don't know how easy it is to score yet.)
